    Privacy Policy

    Scroll Inc. is bound by Federal Laws to protect the privacy of our members in our social networking as well as the Advertising component of our organization. Scroll Inc. Respects the privacy of its members and is committed to safeguarding the personal information of each registered person and advertiser. Scroll Inc. will not disclose a member’s personal information without the prior, written consent of that member. The only exception is as it may be required by law in the event of criminal action committed by a member.

    Registration

    When you register as a member or an affiliate with Scroll Inc. we will ask you for certain pertinent information as your name, address, and phone number that may be personal. This identifiable information is securely stored in your Profile. You then choose a username and select a password – which you will need to enter the site to access your Personal Profile. During your registration you will be asked to provide credit card information, which is used only if you choose to make a purchase or upgrade. This information is kept strictly for the purpose of billing for the purchase, or upgraded Scroller Plus that you bought. It is secure and encrypted. Again credit card information that you submit is used only for payment processing. Scroll Inc uses Pay Pal as its vehicle for receiving payments. Pay Pal has one of the best security sites.

    Security

    Scroll Inc. protects the personal information collected from its members, be it Scroller, MSI Travel Club Member, Scroller Biz, Scroller Partner, and Scroller RMT Member. At no time would Scroll Inc. sell any personal information to a third party except with written permission from its members. Scroll Inc. may need to allow high level employees/contractors access to use certain personal information while performing work related duties. Scroll Inc. directs its employees or specified contractors to exercise due caution. All full time and part-time employees of Scroll Inc., as well as interns or specified contractors are required to sign the “Employee/Contractors Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.

    The Personal information referred to is that which may not appear on the members profile, or the Advertisers page, this includes: Addresses, income range, emails, postal or zip codes, phone numbers, and number of people in household. Access to personal information is limited to the following:

    • A member accessing his or her own personal information
    • A employee of Scroll with authorized access based on legitimate work related need

    to know

    • Any organization or person authorized by the member to receive information
    • Any authorized legal or governing body or representative or circumstance where

    Scroll Inc. is compelled to comply with the release of personal information

     

    Exception

    We will only disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties to charge your credit card, fill your order, deliver your order, provide customer service, and provide you with the necessary credit. For example, your credit card information must be released to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment. If there are products to be delivered, we must release your address and telephone information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered.

    Vendor Information

    Any confidential information given to us by any of our advertisers or vendors will be deemed classified and confidential and will not be released to anyone or any organization without prior written authorization. Except as required by law in criminal investigations.

    Testimonials

    Any testimonials given to Scroll will reveal only the identification that the member authorizes.

    Tracking Software

    Scroll Inc. may use tracking software to track users’ use of the site and movement throughout the site. The software does not collect any personally identifiable information about the user. Tracking software may include cookies. A cookie is a small data file stored on the user’s hard drive by a website based on the permissions set in a user’s browser software, which contains information about the user. Cookies identify the user’s computer when the user accesses a website that placed a cookie on the user’s hard drive. An example would be passwords. If you tell the website to remember your password, the website places a cookie on your hard drive to identify you the next time you access that web site.

    Information Content

    Scroll Inc. is not responsible for the content of information revealed to the public by any of its members or advertisers. However Scroll Inc. will not display any pornographic or other immoral photos, print, or videos on its social network or advertiser’s site.

    Non–Discrimination Policy

    Scroll Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, handicap or national and ethnic origin in its enrolment, advertising, employment, and affiliation policies.
